Essence features intertwining ribbons of colour, reminiscent of paint brush strokes within the glass. Tim exploits the transparency of glass, manipulating and distorting both colour and form in order to challenge the viewer’s perceptions. The interplay of transparent blue and orange hues ingeniously conjures illusions greens.
