The various lockdowns meant that Dulwich Park became my regular haunt. It contains the most wonderful array of trees and they, together with David Attenborough's spectacular Green Planet series, have inspired my latest collections.
During my walks I frequently picked up fallen leaves, enjoying their shapes and changing colours throughout the seasons. In Leaf, I have focussed on the linear character of certain leaves. Shapewise my favourites are Oak and Ginko, and although I have tried I am not sure I have succeeded in translating these forms yet - but I will keep trying.
